Caring for leather
Leather can last you a life-time with a bit of care and attention.
Stuff your unused bag with bubble wrap and store it in a duster bag. It is also a good idea to undo strap buckles to avoid impressions in the leather.
Leather can dry out so use a conditioning cream every 4 months.
You can use a soft cloth or baby wipes to clean the surface, and then rub with a little conditioner after it has dried. Always test the cleaning product on the base of the bag, and take care not to rub but to dab it gently.
Leather isn’t waterproof so take care when using your bag in the rain. Let it dry naturally, keep it away from long periods in direct sun or heat.
Leather ages naturally, colours can change and darken with use, it really gets more beautiful and softer with age.
